How to Print your Quotation/Invoice on a Letterhead?

Professional businesses often use pre-printed letterheads to reinforce branding and maintain consistency. Quotationer understands this need and gives you full control over how your quotations and invoices are printed — with or without headers and footers.

Quotationer provides two flexible print modes:

  1. Print with Header & Footer:
This is the default mode, where your company’s logo, address, and document information appear at the top and bottom of your quotation or invoice — ideal for standard digital or hard-copy sharing.

  2. Print for Letterhead:
If you’re printing onto pre-printed letterhead paper, you likely don’t want redundant headers. Simply choose the "Letterhead Print" option in Quotationer, and your document will exclude the system-generated header and footer, keeping your printed pages clean and professional.
    Why It’s Useful

  • Maintains consistent branding with your official letterhead
  • Prevents overlapping headers when using pre-printed stationery
  • Gives you flexibility to adapt documents for different uses
  • How to Use It

Navigate to the print options in your quotation or invoice page. Select your preferred layout — with header/footer or letterhead mode — and preview before printing. It takes just a click to switch between styles.
